First off, Happy New year!

And thank you all for your generous gift for the holidays, as well as my new FRA Pull over. I am excited to wear it.

Coaching this Week - Sunday ONLY

I will be down Sunday this week 6:30 am to 8:30 am.

I have been invited back up to Power10 in Avon, CT Saturday to FMS screen a Master's Program up there.

Updated Training Calendar

Attached is an updated training calendar leading up to the Main Line Slide and Center City Slam.

The week is very similar, except there is updated to the Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday workouts. More speedwork!

Philadelphia Indoor Challenge - 1/22/17

Please let me know if you are competing at the Philadelphia Indoor Challenge on 1/22 at St.Joe's Prep.

I should have a client contingent, as well as some ND rowers. I will probably compete as well, though I can't imagine how much progress I'll make in 3 weeks!
