1. Membership – Pete McNamara
Dues will be mailed out shortly via email. Please make sure to get your dues paid on time. The due date is February 29 th . If you are deciding not to re-new, please let Pete right away.
2. Treasurer’s Report – Fred Gerland
Finances through end of 2019: PNC Bank $61K Vanguard $450K Receipts for 2019- 286k vs 311k in 2018. 30k income in 2019 compared to -27k in 2018(due to boat purchases)
3. Schuylkill Navy Report – Michael J Murphy
The contract for the dredging project was awarded to Atlantic Subsea. There will be a meeting on the 9 th of January to finalize dates to start the project. The governance of the Schuykill Navy is going through some issues and being worked on. If you have any questions, please reach out to Mike Murphy.
4. Captain’s Report –John Scott
We are looking to sell our 3 oldest doubles. They will be replaced with either Fillipi’s or Empacher’s.
5. House Committee – John Krajewski (On Behalf of Sharon Collins)
The house is in good standing.
6. Entertainment Committee –Monica Bersani.

7. Old & New Business Rob Hneleski-
Thank for the attendance/donations for the Toys for Tots party. Also, the boathouse sports store is open for purchases, please make sure to get your orders in!
