This page explains what Fairmount Rowing Association's website collects and what happens to it.

What the Forms Collect

• The contact, membership and rental forms ask for your name, email address and message, and sometimes a phone number, event date or guest count.
• The membership application asks for the details on the paper application: name, date of birth, address, phone numbers, occupation, employer or school, swimming ability and your signature.

What you send goes by email to the club and is used only to answer you or handle your application. We don't sell it or share it with anyone else. The email is delivered through Resend, an email service.

Cookies and Tracking

The site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookie is the one that keeps a member signed in to the member portal, and it ends after 30 minutes.

Google Maps and Calendar

The map on the contact and rentals pages and the club calendar in the member portal are shown by Google, which has its own privacy policy.
